The Art of Repair celebrates the transformation of profound loss into newly-created Jewish continuity, inclusivity and vitality. This evolution is related through the stories of the synagogue and the diverse individuals whose lives have been profoundly touched by their participation in this unique community.
Jewish audiences will resonate deeply with this powerful affirmation of Jewish continuity. However, this film has the potential to inspire people “beyond the choir” who share a hope of reconciliation among those of different faiths who come together in an inclusive sacred setting.
We are expanding our outreach to form partnerships with organizations that share the goal of increasing interfaith understanding and tolerance. These groups include interfaith dialogue communities and academic departments in religious studies, Judaic studies, conflict resolution, archeology, and sociology, to explore how Etz Hayyim relates to peace, conflict and redemption.
We welcome inquiries into potential collaboration with those who have similar values and missions.
